Upchurch Scientific Acquired
Upchurch Scientific has been purchased by Management
and KRG Capital Partners for an undisclosed cash amount. The sale
was finalized on August 31, 2000.
“The sale of the company will not effect our day-to-day operations,”
says Upchurch Scientific President Alan Schell. “There will
be no change in management personnel, and certainly no change in our
primary goal to provide nothing less than complete customer satisfaction.”
